Luther then evidently passes on the letter to his colleague Rademacher. On 2 March 1942 Rademacher stamps the document as received by his division Auswärtiges Amt D III (Foreign Office D III) – the section for “Jewish affairs” within the Department for “Domestic Affairs”.
