Two days after Heydrich signed the document,
Martin Luther records an instruction across the page using a purple pencil. His colleague Pg (Parteigenosse, Party Comrade) Franz Rademacher is to register for the follow-up meeting scheduled for 6 March 1942: “Party Comrade Rademacher, please send notice that you are a specialist and will attend” (Pg. Rademacher, bitte mitzuteilen, daß Sie Sachbearbeiter sind und teilnehmen werden).
Luther concludes the note with his initials and, in the far right-hand margin, the date, “28.II.” (28 February).
