The perspective of an onlooker
A boy wearing shorts is disrupting the order at the scene by running alongside the parade. It is unclear why. He could be looking for someone, perhaps for his father, who has been arrested. If so, it is dangerous for the boy to be on the street. Or does he find the parade entertaining and simply want to join in?
